Information is collected in order to update you about your commission such as confirmation of your commission, gathering feedback from you, getting in touch about details, the time the commission will start and the time it will arrive to you.

We will require your consent to post any images or photos sent to us for the commission on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. You have the right to correct and make changes to your personal information as you see fit and to ask us to delete or remove your personal information if you cancel your commissioned artwork.
We do share your address for postage and tracking of your commission. As such, postage will only use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Non-personal information helps us improve the Service and customize the user experience by tracking trends and analysing user patterns on the Site.
